General Policy

We endeavour to despatch all Orders within 24 Hours of receipt, although there may occasionally be a small delay.
In which case we will advise you.

If any Item is out of stock or there are any other problems with your Order, we will of course contact you as soon as possible.

We offer a 3-Day and an Overnight delivery service.
On receipt of your Order PLEASE check that all Cartons/Packages are undamaged and that the number of items on the Carriers Note matches the number received BEFORE signing for the delivery!
In the Event of any Damage or discrepacy please write an account of this on the Carriers Note before signing and contact us as soon as possible.
We CANNOT be held responsible for Losses or Damanges unless they are noted on the Carriers Paperwork.
